Elliot Essex, Account Executive - is a recent graduate from Aston University in Birmingham in International business and Spanish. Elliot has previous sales experience in in his role as an Intern in sevilla during his year abroad. Fluent in Spanish and dabbles in other languages (Italian, Portuguese) as languages are a big passion of his. Has lived in Ethiopia for 4 years when younger. 

Brendan Griffiths, Account Executive - Brendan has worked at CRU since January 2020. Brendan works with the sales team to deliver CRU services to accounts in the Middle East and Eastern Europe. Brendan holds a degree from Durham University in Modern Languages and Cultures. Brendan speaks Arabic, Russian and French with certified documentation from Saifi Institute of Beirut, St. Petersburg University and the Durbe Language Academy of Riga.

Ilya Paskevic, Regional Director - ​Ilya joined CRU in 2022 and is responsible for development of the CRU brand and for looking after major customers across multiple industry sectors in Russia, CIS, Central Asia and Eastern Europe region. Ilya has 16+ years in Sales, Business Development working across Energy, Petrochemicals and Fertilizers industries for such companies like Argus and I.C.I.S.

Chris Lawson, Head of Fertilizers - oversees the Fertilizers business unit and is responsible for the full portfolio of fertilizer pricing, market outlook and cost/emissions services. He regularly speaks at conferences and client events on fertilizers, agriculture and the energy transition. Grefenstete is helping the health tech sector integrate and grow within the continuously shifting landscape.

Shruti Kashyap, Principal Analyst - responsible for spearheading nitrogen analysis at CRU. She brings extensive experience in the field of industry research, analysis and consulting across various sectors including chemicals and commodities. She has spent more than ten years with leading organisations such as Peabody, Anglo American and Ernst & Young.

Humphrey Knight, Principal Analyst - leads CRU's Potash Analysis editing the Potassium Chloride Market Outlook, Potash Cost Service and Potassium Sulphates and Potassium Nitrate Market Outlook. He holds an MSci in Geology from Imperial College London and an MSc in Mining Geology from Camborne School of Mines (University of Exeter). He is fluent in Spanish.

Jennifer Willis-Jones, Senior Markets Editor - joined CRU's Fertilizer Week team in 2013. She became Fertilizer Week Senior Markets Editor in 2014 and Fertilizer Week Head of Nitrogen in 2019. She joined from Informa where she was Deputy Editor of FOODNEWS food commodity magazine. She is fluent in Spanish and conversational Portuguese.

Logan Collins, Senior Markets Editor - responsible for Fertilizer Week's global potash coverage, and also provides assistance with phosphates market reporting. He graduated from Kingston University with a BA Honours degree in Journalism and International Relations, and joined CRU shortly afterwards in 2015.
