​Lewis joined CRU in March 2022 as a Nitrates and Sulphates market reporter within the Fertilizer Week team in London.

Lewis graduated in 2020 with a BA Hons in Modern European Studies (History, Politics and Russian) from the University of Nottingham, having spent a year abroad living in Saint Petersburg and Moscow. He has since graduated from Kings College London with an MSc in Russian and Eurasian Politics and Economics, having written a thesis on Belarusian authoritarianism and the power consolidation strategies adopted by Alyaksandr Lukashenka.
