Melinda Rietzel joined CRU in 2018 and works as Head of Customer Services.
She has over 15 years’ experience in customer service and account management and is focused on exceeding the expectations of each CRU client by providing a world class customer experience. Prior to joining CRU, Mindy spent 4 years at Fastmarkets (AMM & Metal Bulletin) in several client facing roles, each promoting a positive and proactive approach to customer engagement.
She is based in CRU's Pittsburgh office (North American Headquarters).
