David Royle

David is a Senior Consultant in CRU's Sydney-based Consulting team.

David has a Master's in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE) from the University of Zurich. He has prior experience working at the Australian Parliament House as a Senatorial staffer.

Since joining CRU, David has worked across a variety of commodities, with a focus on ferrous and battery metals. He has experience managing projects across various areas, including, lenders market reports for equity and debt raising, assisting with the IPO of a major mining services company on the ASX and managing CRU's contribution to the CSIRO's Australian Silicon Action Plan.

David has been published in a number of issues of Future Mining magazine and has been quoted as a market expert in major news organisations, including Bloomberg, Nikkei Asia and ABC News.
