Matthew joined CRU in June 2020 to develop and improve new and existing products as well as support the global sales team to deliver these to customers worldwide.

After completing his Masters in Management at the London Business School, Matthew led business development at a climate tech startup where he helped design the product and develop customer acquisition strategies. He also worked in Finance as an analyst for Oaknorth Bank and Rothschild.

Matthew graduated with an MA in Modern Languages from University College London (UCL).
