​Tom joined CRU in June 2023 as an Analyst in CRU's Battery Materials Team. Tom is responsible for the monitoring and prediction of global cobalt supply.

Prior to joining CRU, Tom completed a PhD in Economic Geology at Imperial College London and the Natural History Museum, focusing on developing novel techniques to explore for base metal deposits. Tom also holds BSc/MGeol in Geological Sciences from the University of Leeds.
