Sebastian Gatica

Sebastian joined CRU Consulting in early April 2024 as a Senior Consultant in the Santiago office. He is an Industrial Engineer with an MBA from the University of Oxford and +10 years of experience working as a manager across various roles, industries, and mining services providers.

Prior to CRU Consulting, Sebastian worked in multiple environments, ranging from big corporations to agile startups, demonstrating management and leadership skills across various business settings. His scope of work included developing high-impact strategic initiatives, leading internal consultancy projects, driving growth by spearheading business development efforts, and conducting comprehensive assessments to facilitate organizational decision-making.
