Maria Gamboa
Research AnalystMaria joined CRU in October 2022 as part of the multicommodity intern programme, after working in a low emission ammonia project she joined the Fertilizers department on a permanent role in December. She works within the Phosphates team, specialising in phosphate rock fertilizer, as well as occasionally supporting the potash team on NOP and SOP.
She has BSc Hons Economics from the University of East Anglia and a MSc in Development Economics from the University of Sussex. Her main areas of interest are international trade, the political nature of economics and markets, in addition to sustainable market development.
