Amanda joined CRU, Pittsburgh office, in January of 2023 as a customer success specialist.
She covers the Data services offered by giving demos, customer reachouts, and tracking transitions to new data tools as they are developed. All of this is to help the customers get the most out of the data services that CRU offers.
Amanda has about 8 years of experience with different customer success roles previous to her role at CRU, such as customer service focusing on account management within customer success, and implementation manager working with onboarding of new customers.
