Sofia just graduated as an Engineer in Biotechnology with track in Processes from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile.
Prior to joining CRU, she worked in an internship program at Engie Impact, a top-tier decarbonization consulting firm, where she learned the basics of consulting skills and project work methodology. Sofia also performed an investigation project to complete her degree, regarding the improvement of protein functionality through enzyme modification at The Not Company, a unicorn pioneer venture within the plant-based food industry.
Sofia is Uruguayan, she participated in an academic exchange of one semester at University College London and is fluent in English and Spanish.
