Daisy Bermudez

In May 2011, Daisy joined CRU as a Conference Manager, and was appointed Head of Logistics in the Events team in April 2015.

Throughout her time at CRU she has managed the organisation of a number of international conferences in the fertilizer, metals and mining sectors. She provides support and overall supervision of the logistics team, as well as effectively managing conference budgets, website and registration system projects.

Daisy started her career in events in March 2008 when she joined the Associations of Chief Executives of Voluntary Organisations (ACEVO) after receiving a BA Hons in International Events and Tourism Management from the London Metropolitan University. At ACEVO she worked on a range of events such as training workshops and conferences for Third Sector Chief Executives. She helped launch the ACEVO events management service (EMS) as a social enterprise.

Daisy is proficient in Spanish and Portuguese.
